Exam Structure:
The KAS exam consisted of three stages:
1. Preliminary Examination:
This was an objective type exam consisting of multiple-choice questions (MCQs). The preliminary exam aimed to shortlist candidates for the main examination. The questions covered topics such as general studies, language proficiency, and aptitude.
2. Main Examination:
The main exam was a written examination that tested candidates’ knowledge of various subjects, including language skills, general studies, and specific subjects related to the chosen optional papers.
3. Interview:
Candidates who qualified in the main examination were called for a personal interview, where they were evaluated based on their personality, communication skills, and overall suitability for administrative roles.
